Travel extensively to meet clients and represent the bank at events.

Manage and grow complex deposit and treasury relationships for small-to-mid-sized businesses. Drive business development, deliver consultative TM solutions, mentor junior staff, ensure compliance, and collaborate with internal partners to optimize client service. Frequent travel to client sites and community events required.

Manage and grow commercial client relationships by originating, underwriting, and closing equipment, CRE, and business loans. Conduct credit analysis, negotiate terms, process loans, manage portfolio performance, cross-sell banking products, and represent the bank in the community. Provide leadership, ensure compliance, and meet deposit and loan growth targets while supporting internal collaboration and training.
