Designs, codes, tests, documents, and supports complex software applications and integrations. Leads technical work across applications, translates business needs into functional solutions, performs impact analysis, estimates development work, and contributes to architecture and roadmaps. Collaborates with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and business units while mentoring developers and supporting project delivery. Requires experience with Angular, .NET, Azure or AWS cloud solutions, relational databases, integration tools, and software development lifecycles.

Develop and maintain data engineering solutions using Informatica Data Management Cloud, Control-M, Snowflake, and SQL. Responsibilities include sourcing, transforming, cleansing, ingesting, analyzing, and visualizing data; building automated workflows and scalable ETL processes; supporting data architecture and deployments; and delivering reusable code for large datasets. The role requires collaboration with technical and business partners, troubleshooting, mentoring, and managing multiple priorities.

Build relationships with bank and independent broker-dealer partners to grow annuity sales. Partner with external wholesalers to execute territory sales, marketing, and distribution strategies; profile advisors; conduct calls and training webinars; manage campaigns; provide product education; fulfill marketing requests; and use Salesforce, illustration software, and related tools to support financial professionals.
