Leads hands-on security engineering across infrastructure, cloud, identity, applications, AI tools, and compliance. Responsibilities include IAM design, access audits, incident investigation, threat response, security reviews, vulnerability scanning, AI integration governance, audit evidence, policy development, and security automation. The role acts as an escalation point, prioritizes security initiatives, supports global compliance programs, and develops repeatable security processes and documentation.

Serve as the Founder’s trusted strategic partner by managing calendars, communications, travel, meeting preparation, action-item follow-through, stakeholder coordination, and special projects. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, proactive organization, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced, highly personalized environment.

Develop and execute account plans, prospect for new business, build pipelines, secure manufacturing opportunities, exceed sales quotas, forecast in Salesforce, negotiate contracts, and cultivate long-term relationships with customer decision-makers. The role focuses on emerging accounts, prototyping, production programs, and strategic manufacturing partnerships. It also includes sales presentations, customer meetings, trade shows, and coordinating internal teams to support customer success.
