Lead Marketing Operations strategy and execution for a scaled B2B organization. Manage and optimize the martech stack (Marketo, Dreamdata, Salesforce), implement automations and data integrations, ensure data quality, build scalable processes, own funnel metrics and executive dashboards, and partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales, Finance, Product, and regional teams to drive measurement and growth.

Partner with GTM leaders to analyze revenue performance, build executive reporting and forecasts, support strategic investment decisions, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve growth, productivity, retention, and operational efficiency.

Design and govern end-to-end GTM processes across Marketing, SDR, Sales, and Customer Success. Translate GTM strategy into process flows, decision logic, and requirements. Define routing, prioritization, SLAs, KPIs, and data ownership. Partner with CRM and Systems teams to ensure implementations match business intent, create clear documentation and training, monitor process health, and continuously improve scalability and adoption.

Lead and manage finance operations including revenue recognition (ASC 606), month-end close, financial reporting, SOX/internal controls, audits, treasury, intercompany accounting, forecasting, and process improvements while partnering cross-functionally and managing a finance operations team.

Drive net-new revenue by selling Fieldwire to small and mid-sized construction accounts. Prospect, present, and demo product, manage multiple deals, maintain accurate Salesforce records, forecast reliably, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet sales targets.

Own and evolve Fieldwire's cloud production infrastructure and tooling: design and automate SDLC and IaC, ensure reliability and security, lead incident response and observability, mentor engineers, and drive platform architecture and process improvements.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and integrations. Debug production issues, lead architecture and technical decisions, mentor engineers, ensure API backward compatibility, implement auto-scaling, and architect real-time data syncing for large volumes.

Build and maintain production backend services at scale, develop new features and integrations, debug production issues, ensure API backward compatibility, implement efficient auto-scaling, improve tooling and engineering standards, and participate in on-call rotation.

Own and maintain the companys data infrastructure and pipelines. Design, build, and monitor ETL/ELT workflows and data architecture; integrate SaaS sources; enforce data quality, standards, and governance; partner with stakeholders to deliver analytics-ready data and meet data availability SLAs.
