Own and optimize end-to-end go-to-market processes across Marketing, SDR, Sales, and Customer Success. Define lifecycle stages, routing, prioritization, governance, SLAs, KPIs, documentation, and process requirements. Translate GTM strategy into scalable business logic and partner with CRM and Systems teams on implementation. Drive adoption, training, process health, and continuous improvement using 6sense and related revenue tools. This is a process architecture and governance role, not a systems administration, campaign execution, reporting-only, or ticket-support position.

Build and maintain AI foundations and production model services, including fine-tuning and deploying open-source models in GPU-backed infrastructure. Develop computer vision, image understanding, OCR, document layout analysis, and multimodal solutions for PDFs, images, and scanned documents. Optimize inference performance, resource utilization, throughput, and latency while debugging production systems and improving engineering standards.

The Chief of Staff partners with the VP of Finance and Operations to run leadership meetings, prepare executive materials, track decisions, and drive follow-through. The role owns strategic and ad-hoc projects, manages cross-functional programs, develops business narratives, supports finance and operations leaders, conducts analysis, and makes recommendations. It requires strong financial modeling, communication, presentation, program management, and SaaS business knowledge.
