The BDO is responsible for acquiring new clients, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with team members to provide financial solutions for Middle Market clients.

Serve as primary wealth planning expert for high‑net‑worth clients (> $10M investable), lead discovery and develop multi‑generational wealth strategies, design and deliver comprehensive wealth plans, coordinate implementation with Private Bank team and specialists, supervise and coach analysts/strategists, and produce thought leadership and training.
