Data Science Interns will collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business questions into data problems, evaluate experiments, develop behavioral and growth models, and build scalable data pipelines and tools. Supports Figma Brand Studio by developing visual concepts, brand assets, campaigns, launches, and storytelling materials. The intern explores image-making, typography, composition, visual systems, and creative tools; incorporates feedback through revisions; collaborates with cross-functional partners; researches emerging techniques and AI-powered workflows; and presents work in progress and completed designs.

Serve as a technical advisor to enterprise customers, guiding Figma implementations involving APIs, identity systems, integrations, governance, and extensibility. Assess technical environments, reduce implementation risks, support design-to-code workflows, deliver workshops, and collaborate with sales, product, and customer teams. Build relationships with technical stakeholders and executives while identifying opportunities that drive adoption, renewals, expansion, and long-term account growth.

Optimize, scale, and govern Salesforce across go-to-market and cross-functional teams. Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert, troubleshoot complex processes, design scalable workflows, coordinate UAT, validate enhancements, and maintain documentation. Manage the Salesforce Partner Ecosystem through partner onboarding, engagement tracking, revenue attribution, adoption improvements, reporting, dashboards, and data stewardship.

Manage federal compliance for Figma’s FedRAMP cloud security program. The role documents and implements security controls, supports audits, penetration testing and vulnerability remediation, maintains SSP documentation, prepares POA&M reporting, tracks risks, and guides cloud, application, and enterprise teams through FedRAMP requirements and authorization processes.

Manage Figma’s global immigration and mobility programs, serving as the primary contact for sponsored employees and stakeholders. Oversee high-volume visa and permanent residence cases, work authorization renewals, counsel coordination, compliance, reporting, vendor management, and employee resources across global regions. Support international relocations, M&A, expansion initiatives, and partnerships with People, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll.
