Partners with Sales and cross-functional teams to connect Figma’s platform to customer business outcomes. Leads technical discussions, product demonstrations, evaluations, success criteria, solution design, and enterprise security requirements for mid-market customers. Provides customer feedback to Product and Support, creates reusable enablement content, and manages multiple priorities while supporting revenue growth.

Leads a 6–8 person engineering team building AI agent workflows, design-system context, evaluation datasets, benchmarks, quality feedback loops, and regression checks. Sets technical strategy for measuring design-system adherence across design and code, develops tools and dashboards tracking quality, latency, and cost, and partners with Product, Design, and AI Research to improve Figma’s agent capabilities and customer outcomes.

Manages an experienced engineering team developing cross-product UX platform features for Figma. Responsibilities include setting strategy and priorities with product, design, and engineering leaders; fostering an inclusive, high-performing engineering culture; mentoring senior engineers; balancing technical quality with feature delivery; and collaborating across teams to improve product workflows.

Build and productionize AI agents, assistants, and workflow automations for Figma’s internal business teams. The Manager of Software Engineering for Growth Platform will lead the engineering team, shape the platform's vision, and collaborate with multiple departments to enhance product capabilities and scale growth.

Drive new business and expand Figma adoption across State and Local government agencies. Responsibilities include pipeline generation, strategic account planning, complex public-sector sales cycles, executive relationship building, RFP and proposal execution, partner collaboration, and meeting sales targets. The role will establish Figma’s initial State and Local go-to-market strategy, navigate procurement and accessibility requirements, and build foundational government customer references.
