Own product design projects from ideation through execution, creating user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Collaborate with product, research, marketing, and engineering teams to identify needs and deliver high-quality features. Contribute to design culture, processes, hiring, and mentoring while developing solutions involving design tools, design systems, and information architecture.

Leads Figma’s Context Platform design pillar across Design Systems, Code, MCP, CMS, and Community. Manages and develops a multi-team design organization, partners with Product and Engineering on strategy and execution, establishes design review and critique practices, and advocates for product direction. The role requires hands-on people management, strategic leadership, strong Figma expertise, knowledge of AI and component-driven design, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

Support and enhance Figma’s Workday HRIS, focusing on Core HCM configuration, security, reporting, EIB integrations, alerts, and business processes. Manage support tickets, troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, support Workday releases, and partner with stakeholders on cross-module projects involving payroll, compensation, time tracking, benefits, performance, and absence. Ensure scalable solutions, compliance, accurate reporting, and effective system administration.
