The In-Region Softgoods Engineer will manage various stages of sample development, collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams, conduct failure analyses, and utilize manufacturing knowledge to drive improvements. Responsibilities also include analyzing engineering data, maintaining communication with the R&D team, and ensuring timely deliverables while addressing engineering challenges.

The Patent Agent will draft and prosecute patent applications, conduct patent searches, analyze prior art, and communicate with patent examiners while staying updated on U.S. patent law and relevant technologies.
