The Supplier Quality Engineer qualifies and onboards suppliers, develops quality plans, monitors supplier performance, reviews DFM and inspection plans, evaluates first article reports, and resolves supplier quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions. The role supports diverse manufacturing processes, requires expertise in GD&T and quality systems, and involves up to 20% travel.

Own end-to-end gear and transmission design for humanoid robot hands, from sizing and geometry optimization through prototyping, validation, supplier development, and mass production. Perform gear analysis in KISSsoft, design assemblies in CATIA, create GD&T drawings, develop inspection plans, and lead efficiency, backlash, wear, and fatigue testing. Collaborate with actuator, structures, electrical, and manufacturing teams to deliver high-performance robotic transmissions.
