Develop SOPs, train staff, manage pod budgets, and drive automation and AI-enabled efficiencies using accounting and e-commerce technology.

Serve as a fractional CFO for multiple e-commerce, retail, and CPG brands. Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash runway planning, financial modeling, KPI reporting, capital planning, fundraising, M&A, debt strategy, and board communications. Partner with founders, executives, investors, and banking relationships while improving delivery through automation, templates, systems, and documented processes.
