Lead mid-market enterprise sales for Fireblocks' payments/crypto offerings. Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets, prospect and qualify opportunities, build customer relationships, execute territory and account plans, maintain CRM, and collaborate with BDRs, Sales Engineers, Business Solutions, and GTM teams to close complex financial services and crypto deals. Based in New York.

Provide frontline technical support for Fireblocks' SaaS platform, resolving customer issues via Slack and other tools, escalating complex cases, participating in incident response, documenting cases, and contributing to process improvements. Work US-Pacific hours on a fixed Wed–Sun schedule after training, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success in crypto and DeFi environments.

Design and implement native mobile SDKs, focusing on performance and reliability. Own features end-to-end and build secure, reliable SDK components for wallet operations. Collaborate with teams for quality and operational excellence.
