Leads and scales Fireworks’ SDR function, hiring and coaching representatives while owning pipeline, conversion, quota, and performance metrics. Builds inbound and outbound playbooks, partners with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, and develops AI-powered workflows for research, prioritization, personalization, and reporting. Establishes processes, dashboards, routing, forecasting, and handoff criteria to improve sales development efficiency and generate qualified opportunities.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success. Partner with GTM leaders and executives on hiring strategy, candidate profiles, talent pipelines, market mapping, and compensation alignment. Source and engage high-caliber talent through outreach, networking, referrals, and AI-powered tools. Help optimize recruiting operations, tooling, analytics, and scalable, inclusive hiring processes.

Own and expand a portfolio of GenAI-native startup accounts. Identify prospects, engage founders and technical leaders, lead technical product discussions, coordinate onboarding and integrations, and develop tailored solutions and proofs of concept. Track usage to uncover expansion opportunities, represent Fireworks in the AI ecosystem, and translate customer feedback into product and engineering improvements. The role requires credible understanding of AI infrastructure, model serving, APIs, inference, tuning, and GPU architecture.
