Support landscape research, data collection, systems mapping, and funding scans for countywide mobile services. Build and maintain a services inventory and geographic maps, assess coordination and gaps, and deliver recommendations, reports, and presentations to leadership and partners.

Support contracting, procurement, budgeting, grant administration, and financial reporting. Manage contracts, monitor compliance and budgets, prepare reports, assist with audits and reconciliations, and advise staff on financial and contracting processes.

Lead strategy and operations for data systems, architecture, analytics, and reporting. Manage the Data Services team, budgets, vendors, and projects; advance automation and self-service analytics; oversee data warehouse, pipelines, integrations, and data quality; establish governance, standards, dashboards, and training; and drive responsible AI adoption to support data-informed decision-making.
