Manage and close commercial escrow accounts: open escrows, process documents, ensure proper fund accounting and disbursement, prepare closing and legal documents, coordinate with underwriting, produce status reports, and ensure regulatory compliance while providing high-quality customer service.

Manage and process commercial escrow accounts from opening through closing. Act as neutral liaison among buyer, seller, and lender; prepare and file closing documents; ensure proper accounting and disbursement of funds; work with Underwriting to mitigate risk; prepare status reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
