Manage and process commercial escrow accounts from opening through closing. Act as neutral liaison among buyer, seller, and lender; prepare and file closing documents; ensure proper accounting and disbursement of funds; work with Underwriting to mitigate risk; prepare status reports and ensure regulatory compliance.

Support commercial escrow transactions by preparing closing documents, entering closing statement data, handling disbursements and follow-up, communicating with customers, interpreting agreements, and using technology to deliver excellent customer service.

The role involves selling 1031 exchange services, market research, developing partnerships, presentations, and progress tracking on client development.
