Teams at First Connect Insurance

Manage and grow production for assigned independent insurance agencies by training staff, driving sales and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging data to identify growth, maintaining carrier/product knowledge, and meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Own First Connect’s community strategy for independent insurance agents, including launching an online community, ambassador program, industry partnerships, events, webinars, content, and beta programs. Measure community health, engagement, pipeline contribution, retention, and NPS, presenting insights to leadership. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, Carrier, and Events teams while serving as a public-facing representative at industry gatherings. The role is fully remote in the United States and requires approximately 20–30% travel.

Lead product positioning, messaging, and GTM for agency- and carrier-focused products. Coordinate launches, create marketing assets, support campaigns, and enable sales/support with training and research to drive awareness, adoption, and product-market fit in a fast-growing insurtech startup.
