Teams at FirstSteps for Kids, Inc.

Provides evidence-based ABA therapy to children in center, home, and school settings. Implements individualized treatment plans, collects data, communicates clinical observations, partners with families, and mentors new instructors through Behavior Skills Training. Works alongside BCBAs with in-person coaching and may receive supervision opportunities toward BCBA certification.

Provides evidence-based ABA treatment for children with autism and related learning differences. Supports 12–14 children, leads teams of 7–12 RBTs, observes and coaches staff, develops individualized clinical plans, collaborates with families, schools, and providers, mentors clinicians, and makes autonomous clinical decisions. Full-time BCBAs are expected to complete 115 billable hours monthly, with incentive opportunities for additional work.
