Leads mechanical design and development for advanced antenna systems across the product lifecycle, from concept through production support. Creates CAD models, drawings, and technical data packages; performs FEA and engineering analyses; oversees testing; resolves complex technical issues; mentors engineers; leads design reviews; and collaborates with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams while ensuring quality and configuration compliance.

Administer enterprise infrastructure and classified information systems while supporting cybersecurity compliance, RMF/JSIG authorization, continuous monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and security audits. Manage Windows and Linux servers, Azure Government, VMware, Fortinet firewalls, Aruba networking, Active Directory, backups, and recovery systems. Provide Tier 2/3 support, infrastructure modernization, multi-site operations, technical mentorship, and security recommendations in a regulated defense environment.

Plans, schedules, and monitors material flow through production. Calculates material requirements, generates purchase requisitions and shop orders, coordinates material movement across purchasing, production, inspection, receiving, and stores, and prepares production and material status reports. Requires experience planning parts and materials for complex electro-mechanical manufacturing, ERP knowledge, and familiarity with shop scheduling and capacity management.

Lead test campaigns on large pulsed power systems and radiation sources, design and execute experiments, troubleshoot high-voltage and electrical equipment, develop and calibrate diagnostics, run circuit simulations, analyze experimental data, and communicate results to teammates and customers. The role also contributes to advanced R&D, technical presentations, scientific writing, customer testing requirements, and safety compliance.

Plans and executes procurement activities for raw materials, components, goods, services, and specialized manufacturing. Qualifies vendors, obtains and evaluates bids, negotiates pricing and terms, manages purchase orders, expedites deliveries, and resolves supplier issues. Performs cost and supplier analysis, supports strategic sourcing and supplier development, maintains procurement records, and ensures compliance with applicable ethics, ITAR, and export regulations. Collaborates cross-functionally and may manage procurement projects or processes.

Develops and sustains manufacturing processes, routing, tooling, fixtures, BOMs, and production documentation for electro-mechanical products. Reviews engineering drawings for manufacturability, estimates costs, supports production problem resolution, improves yield and efficiency, interfaces with suppliers, participates in change-control reviews, conducts process audits, and addresses manufacturing safety concerns.
