Leads mechanical design and development for advanced antenna systems across the product lifecycle, from concept through production support. Creates CAD models, drawings, and technical data packages; performs FEA and engineering analyses; oversees testing; resolves complex technical issues; mentors engineers; leads design reviews; and collaborates with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams while ensuring quality and configuration compliance.

Administer enterprise infrastructure and classified information systems while supporting cybersecurity compliance, RMF/JSIG authorization, continuous monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and security audits. Manage Windows and Linux servers, Azure Government, VMware, Fortinet firewalls, Aruba networking, Active Directory, backups, and recovery systems. Provide Tier 2/3 support, infrastructure modernization, multi-site operations, technical mentorship, and security recommendations in a regulated defense environment.

Plans, schedules, and monitors material flow through production. Calculates material requirements, generates purchase requisitions and shop orders, coordinates material movement across purchasing, production, inspection, receiving, and stores, and prepares production and material status reports. Requires experience planning parts and materials for complex electro-mechanical manufacturing, ERP knowledge, and familiarity with shop scheduling and capacity management.
