As a Senior Account Executive at Flex, you'll manage a sales pipeline, close deals, build customer relationships, and influence product direction while targeting mid-market business leaders.

The Director of Performance Marketing will own Flex’s performance marketing, paid acquisition, SEO, GEO, website optimization, attribution, and self-serve growth. The role includes improving CAC and channel ROI, building a marketing team, managing agencies, partnering with Sales, RevOps, Product, Brand, Legal, and Compliance, and leading acquisition, activation, conversion, lifecycle, launch, and content initiatives.

Review KYC and KYB applications, verify identities and beneficial owners, investigate adverse media, sanctions, and PEP alerts, conduct enhanced due diligence, document risk decisions, and manage periodic or event-driven reviews. The role also supports quality assurance, process improvement, regulatory monitoring, and collaboration with Risk, Operations, Support, and banking partners while helping build Flex’s new KYC function.
