Requires strong expertise in SMT and PCBA processes, inspection methods, continuous improvement, and cross-functional technical leadership.

Implements and maintains cost-effective testing and troubleshooting methods for electronics manufacturing and PCBA production. Supports ICT, flying probe, and automated test systems; performs product debugging, circuit-level failure analysis, root-cause investigations, and corrective actions. Improves test coverage, manufacturing yield, quality, and operational efficiency through test program validation, equipment troubleshooting, process enhancements, and cross-functional continuous improvement leadership.

Supports AXI operations in high-volume manufacturing by operating and troubleshooting Vitrox and Omron inspection equipment, analyzing failures, optimizing X-ray programs, and identifying PCBA and SMT defects. Performs product debugging and failure analysis, drives root-cause investigations and corrective actions, and collaborates with production, quality, engineering, suppliers, and customers. The role also provides technical leadership, improves testing methods, and advances manufacturing quality and yield.

Leads document control, engineering change management, configuration control, and records governance. Oversees engineering documentation, BOMs, part masters, specifications, drawings, document releases, revisions, archiving, and retrieval. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, quality, materials, and program management teams to implement product changes, improve processes, establish performance metrics, ensure compliance, and support customer programs. Manages, mentors, and develops the document control team while driving operational excellence and product lifecycle support.

Coordinate international import and export operations, customs documentation, trade compliance, and shipment clearance. Audit invoices, customs entries, duties, tariffs, and regulatory fees; prepare export filings and maintain audit-ready records. Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to arrange transportation, resolve operational issues, track shipments, and minimize delays.
