Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Supply Chain Manager 4 to our Global Procurement & Supply Chain organization.

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Manager 4 will provide strategic leadership for all aspects of supply chain management, including planning, sourcing, procurement, inventory management, supplier performance, and customer engagement. This role is responsible for developing and executing long-term supply chain strategies that support operational excellence, business growth, and customer satisfaction while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial objectives.

The Supply Chain Manager 4 serves as a key business leader and customer-facing representative, partnering with executive leadership, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support new and existing product programs across the organization.

What a Typical Day Looks Like
  • Develop and execute strategic supply chain initiatives that support business growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and financial performance objectives.
  • Lead supply chain planning, procurement, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, and supplier management activities while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational goals.
  • Partner with executive leadership, customers, suppliers, engineering, operations, and finance teams to drive supply chain strategies, risk mitigation plans, and business continuity initiatives.
  • Oversee supply chain managers and functional teams, providing leadership, talent development, succession planning, and performance management to strengthen organizational capability.
  • Drive supplier performance, cost optimization, inventory efficiency, contract management, and continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven decision-making and strategic execution.
The Experience We're Looking to Add to the Team
  • Deep expertise in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory management, supplier relationship management, and operational excellence.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of supply chain management experience or a related field, including broad-based leadership and management responsibility.
  • Proven experience leading large, complex supply chain organizations within manufacturing, technology, electronics, or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, forecasting, materials management, supplier development, contract negotiations, and risk management strategies.
  • Demonstrated success developing and implementing strategic supply chain initiatives that improve operational performance, customer satisfaction, and financial results.
  • Experience working directly with executive leadership, customers, and suppliers to develop business strategies and drive organizational objectives.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience supporting budgets, cost management programs, inventory optimization, and P&L objectives.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational development, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain analytics, and continuous improvement methodologies.
