Leads Flex’s Product Partnerships function, covering capability-market strategy, build-buy-partner decisions, business cases, complex commercial negotiations, integrations, launches, renewals, and portfolio optimization. Owns senior partner relationships across payments, credit, identity, risk, and data providers; tracks economics and performance; establishes operating playbooks; and builds a future partnerships team. Partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Risk, and executive leadership to drive measurable enterprise value and improved unit economics.

Leads a team of Account Managers while owning strategic B2B partner accounts. Drives renewals, retention, upsells, cross-sells, expansion revenue, product adoption, integrations, executive reviews, forecasting, and partner health management. Lead consumer product design for a financial technology vertical, setting vision, aligning multiple teams, and owning end-to-end execution. Design intuitive mobile experiences for financially consequential rent-payment flows, including errors and recovery states. Use research, analytics, experimentation, and prototypes to guide decisions; mentor designers; evolve the Ultraviolet design system; establish AI-assisted design practices; and partner with product, engineering, risk, and compliance teams.

The Director of Product will lead the payments platform strategy, oversee transaction processing and fraud management, drive cost efficiencies, and manage a product team while aligning with engineering and risk stakeholders.
