Manage a high-volume portfolio of mid-market property management clients, prioritizing accounts using health, engagement, usage, and revenue signals. Own renewals, commercial negotiations, relationship management, QBRs, retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Maintain CRM accuracy, identify churn risks, collaborate cross-functionally, and help improve playbooks, segmentation, and tooling for the growing mid-market business.

Own end-to-end capital markets transactions across warehouse facilities and securitizations. Manage lender relationships, closing documentation, due diligence, reporting packages, borrowing base and compliance certificates, transaction models, covenant monitoring, and lender development. Partner with Legal, Treasury, Finance Operations, Product, Risk, counsel, rating agencies, and underwriters to execute transactions and operate ongoing facilities.

Manage lifecycle email and SMS campaigns from strategy through execution, optimization, reporting, and compliance. Lead segmentation, A/B testing, creative development, acquisition, retention, and reactivation initiatives. Collaborate with marketing, product, data, sales, creative, and compliance teams to improve engagement, conversions, app traffic, and customer communications. Analyze campaign performance, manage escalations, and ensure adherence to TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and related regulations.
