Own and evolve Flex’s Compliance Management System, including policies, standards, training, governance, partner-bank deliverables, audit support, and remediation tracking. Translate regulatory expectations into scalable controls and operational frameworks. Partner with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Legal to embed compliance into systems, automation, data pipelines, and product launches. Use analytics and AI-enabled workflows to identify gaps and improve compliance operations while ensuring regulatory and audit readiness.

Own end-to-end compliance reviews for fintech product launches, product changes, marketing initiatives, and emerging regulatory issues. Apply consumer protection regulations to lending and payments products, disclosures, fees, and customer journeys. Operate and improve AI-assisted compliance workflows, monitoring, and risk assessment tools. Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Marketing, operations teams, and bank partners to resolve risks, secure approvals, and maintain defensible documentation and reusable standards.

Leads Flex’s Account Management function, owning retention, expansion, renewals, and strategic partnerships. Builds scalable account management processes, playbooks, team structures, and performance metrics while managing senior partner relationships. Leads and develops Account Managers and people managers, oversees hiring and organizational design, drives forecasting and CRM discipline, and collaborates with Sales, Product, Marketing, RevOps, and Partner Success to grow revenue and improve partner outcomes.
