Lead and scale product compliance for fintech lending and payments. Build AI-enabled compliance tooling and governance, embed regulatory requirements into product lifecycle, advise Product/Engineering/Legal/Risk, oversee marketing and partner compliance reviews, and represent Compliance to bank partners and regulators. Drive remediation, preventative controls, and develop a high-performing compliance team.

Lead product strategy and execution for AI-driven, agentic customer support: design in-app support, LLM-native orchestration, ML-driven routing/personalization, agent assist, vendor integration, and data/interaction models to improve automation and resolution metrics.
