Teams at Flock

Lead regional public affairs engagement in Los Angeles by building relationships with elected officials, community groups, and partners; represent Flock at city council meetings; advance local policy objectives; coordinate cross-functionally to support sales and communications goals.

The role involves improving Flock Safety's 5G connectivity solution, integrating cellular modems, optimizing performance, and collaborating with engineering teams.

Manage high volume inbound customer requests and own onboarding, activation, and training for Flock Advisory Network customers. Build self-service resources, automate repetitive workflows, and leverage AI tools to scale customer education and engagement. Analyze support trends, create playbooks, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
