Supports outside sales and engages customers by qualifying inquiries, recommending technical products, preparing quotations, following up on leads, entering orders, and coordinating procurement, shipping, vendors, and inventory. Manages CRM records, customer communications, purchase orders, demo equipment, sales terms, commissions, and technical training programs. The role is primarily computer-based and conducive to remote work.

Develops and executes territory sales plans, prospects new customers, manages existing relationships, and sells customized industrial automation and process control solutions. Responsibilities include product demonstrations, technical presentations, CRM recordkeeping, market analysis, and collaboration with product specialists and vendors to achieve sales quotas.
