Own end-to-end enterprise platform deployments, including workflow scoping, agent configuration, integration validation, guardrail setup, evaluation planning, documentation, and production launches. Partner directly with stakeholders in complex SAP environments, translate customer needs into reusable deployment abstractions, and collaborate with the Platform team to improve the product. Apply AI tools to development, testing, data, and support while balancing speed, safety, and reliability.

Work directly with founders to turn company priorities into outcomes. Drive cross-functional initiatives across hiring, customer delivery, go-to-market, and operations; own strategic projects; establish operating cadence; build automation systems using AI tools; resolve emerging problems; and maintain accountability through execution. The role requires strong analytical judgment, financial modeling, communication, discretion, and the ability to align technical and business teams in a fast-growing enterprise AI startup.

Own enterprise accounts from prospecting through close, managing complex sales cycles across finance, operations, IT, SAP, procurement, security, and legal stakeholders. Build business cases for automation and operational efficiency, partner with founders and product teams on strategic opportunities, forecast pipeline, and close six-figure-plus ACV deals. The role requires enterprise software sales experience, technical fluency, startup adaptability, and regular travel across the US and Europe.
