Design, train, fine-tune, and optimize large language models (transformers, multi-modal) for production. Conduct NLP research, preprocess large datasets, build evaluation pipelines, ensure fairness, collaborate with MLOps for deployment, run A/B tests, and contribute to papers and open-source.

Provide executive-level administrative support including complex scheduling, travel and meeting coordination, office management, onboarding logistics, event coordination, supplies/facilities oversight, and miscellaneous team requests for a fast-paced SaaS company office.

Source, screen, and present technical candidates (with emphasis on robotics) using multi-channel strategies; conduct phone interviews; manage offer negotiations; collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and recruiting teams to improve processes and deliver a positive candidate experience.
