Manages contract renewals for assigned B2B customers, including renewal calendar tracking, quote creation, customer communication, negotiation, documentation, and retention efforts. Identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities and coordinates with Sales and Customer Success teams. Prepares renewal reports, supports strategic renewals, maintains product and contract knowledge, and contributes to process improvements.

Partners with Product & Technology, Marketing, and Finance leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, change management, performance, compensation, engagement, talent development, and employee relations. Coaches managers, resolves conflicts, uses people metrics and technology to inform decisions, and improves HR processes. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires less than 5% travel.

Manage revenue recognition and compliance under ASC 606 and GAAP. Review contracts and RFPs, establish standalone selling price frameworks, reconcile Oracle revenue to the General Ledger, support financial close and audits, maintain internal controls, and prepare technical accounting policies. Lead revenue process improvements, acquisition integrations, UAT for new products, risk assessments, and automation initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
