The Senior Manager, Compensation will develop and manage compensation programs, advise leadership on compensation strategy, ensure compliance, and enhance HR technologies for approximately 500 employees across North America.

Lead talent recommendation, sourcing, pitching and booking of high-profile creators and hosts for branded content, advertising and events. Build and scale a correspondent program, manage and maintain a creator roster and data library, and cultivate agency and industry relationships through outreach and event attendance to grow Forbes' creator network.

Lead and optimize operational infrastructure for Forbes' Creator Network. Manage contract pipelines and legal workflows, support podcast acquisitions and creator onboarding, coordinate cross-functional teams (Finance, Production, Product, Legal, Sales, Events), launch new B2C/B2B creator initiatives, and establish scalable backend processes to support high-profile creators and original IP.
