Leads technical program management for Ford’s in-vehicle infotainment platform, coordinating software development, testing, engineering, product, and external vendor teams. Manages schedules, milestones, risks, blockers, priorities, and cross-functional communication across vehicle software projects involving connectivity, functional safety, Ethernet, power management, and cybersecurity. Requires extensive software project or program management and software development or testing experience, with automotive or embedded systems experience preferred.

Own and evolve Ford’s in-vehicle OTA software update engine using production Rust. Design reliable asynchronous orchestration across download, verification, installation, and activation for vehicle ECUs. Contribute to developer tooling, CI/CD pipelines, container infrastructure, multi-target builds, testing, code reviews, and cross-functional coordination with embedded, vehicle software, and cloud teams.

Design and integrate vehicle electrical wire harnesses from concept through production launch. Develop 3D CAD designs, optimize routing and packaging, resolve EMI, thermal, durability, and sealing issues, and execute validation plans. Support manufacturing lines, suppliers, vehicle bring-up, documentation, and prototype troubleshooting while collaborating cross-functionally on electrical architecture, components, manufacturability, and advanced wiring technologies.
