Support the Local Director by leading project execution, client engagement, proposals, budgeting, invoicing, collections, staff supervision, recruiting, and business development to meet revenue and operational goals while ensuring compliance and service quality.

Lead and manage asbestos, lead, mold and industrial hygiene projects from proposals and budgets through field surveys, abatement oversight, reporting, and client delivery. Oversee project teams, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain client relationships, support business development, and manage CRM/ERP project records.

Drive outbound prospecting and qualify inbound leads to create sales opportunities. Monitor public procurement portals, screen solicitations, maintain procurement and CRM pipelines, support proposals and quotes, gather competitive intelligence, and coordinate internal teams to advance opportunities and influence revenue.
