Own and grow FortiCNAPP sales within an assigned territory by prospecting new logos and existing customers, driving pipeline 3-5x quota, managing full sales cycle (discovery, POC, negotiation, close), maintaining CRM hygiene, providing forecasts, and meeting quota through disciplined, metric-driven sales activity.

Build and maintain media backend services for real-time audio/video/screen sharing. Implement media routing, session management, and signaling; optimize for low latency with adaptive bitrate and congestion control. Collaborate with control plane and client teams, and ensure scalability, resilience, and observability of media services.

Lead global payroll strategy and operations across multiple countries. Ensure compliance with tax and social security rules, manage vendors and integrations (HCM, Equity Edge, ADP), drive process improvements and system implementations, lead payroll team, support acquisitions, and advise senior leadership on payroll matters.
