Partners with technology, commercial, and executive leaders on investments, resource allocation, growth strategies, and returns. Oversees forecasting cycles, establishes financial infrastructure, influences senior stakeholders, and develops a high-performing finance team through organizational change.

Manages retail sales growth across an assigned territory covering the Bay Area, Sacramento, Reno, and Fresno. Builds relationships with Home Depot and Lowe’s store teams, trains retail staff, supports Pro Sales and in-home consultants, maintains merchandising standards, and drives revenue across multiple product lines. Responsibilities also include coordinating displays, signage, pricing, product launches, distributor relationships, customer claims, travel planning, and feedback to marketing and product teams.
