Lead and build the end-to-end post-sale customer success function to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Own metrics like NRR and GRR, create CS playbooks, tooling, health signals, and early-warning systems. Engage key accounts, close product feedback loops with Product and Engineering, partner with Sales and Marketing, and hire and scale the customer success team.

Lead design, launch, and scaling of Forward Networks' partner ecosystem (MSPs, SIs, resellers, technology partners). Build partner program, enable regional channels, establish C-level partner relationships, drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, and collaborate cross-functionally on packaging, co-marketing, enablement, and co-sell motions.

Manage the content lifecycle for Forward Networks, including website copy, ads, email campaigns, and thought leadership blogs. Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimize performance using analytics.

As a Data Scientist, you will collaborate across teams to build data solutions, design data pipelines, develop statistical models, and create visualizations to support business decisions.

Lead a team of Systems Sales Engineers, drive revenue growth, engage in technical opportunities, and execute POCs, while mentoring the team.
