Leads a 40-person applications engineering organization across the US and India. Owns people development, architecture, execution, quality, delivery, and organizational scaling. Partners with Product Management and UX to shape priorities and product direction, while guiding backend and frontend technical decisions. Drives predictable delivery, engineering standards, release readiness, security, performance, testing, and continuous improvement. Also advances AI adoption across the software development lifecycle.

Leads architecture and development of machine learning and large language model systems powering AI features for a network digital twin platform. Oversees agentic AI, natural-language workflows, API integrations, roadmap planning, cross-functional engineering execution, production incident response, hiring, mentoring, and performance management.

Prepare daily accounting transactions, balance sheet reconciliations, income statement analyses, financial reports, audit materials, and transactional accounting processes including Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash. Develop accounting policies and procedures, support ad hoc projects, and apply GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition. The role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, adaptability, and proficiency with accounting and productivity software in a fast-growing startup environment.
