The Regional Sales Manager will grow Fotokite’s Western US territory through direct sales and distribution partners. Responsibilities include developing regional sales plans, prospecting, managing leads and CRM data, expanding customer and distributor relationships, conducting in-person and virtual product demonstrations, negotiating orders, and attending conferences and trade shows. The role serves public safety, fire, law enforcement, EMS, and related organizations, with travel of up to 50% or more and potential future direct reports.

Own and scale Fotokite’s US Defense sales vertical by closing DoD contracts, navigating federal procurement, building Defense Prime alliances, and integrating ISR technology into Programs of Record. Lead capture, proposals, executive briefings, revenue strategy, and contract execution while managing and coaching account executives and solutions engineers. The role requires deep FAR/DFARS and federal contracting expertise, established Defense Prime relationships, willingness to travel 30–40%, and active or obtainable security clearance.

Build and lead Fotokite’s global post-sales Customer Success function. Create scalable playbooks and SOPs, implement customer health tracking and telemetry dashboards, manage strategic accounts, recruit and coach regional teams, and drive retention, expansion, software subscriptions, and service revenue across public safety, defense, OEM, and enterprise security customers.
