Manage the staffing agency relationship for hourly contract technicians, including selection, negotiation, SLAs, quality audits, conversion, and retention. The role is fully in-person and requires comfort working on a manufacturing shop floor.

Own recruiting for Foundry Robotics’ GTM and G&A organizations, including sales, marketing, finance, legal, IT, supply chain, facilities, and program management. The role requires defining new positions, developing candidate pitches, conducting talent-market analysis, closing candidates, and building competency maps. This in-person role partners with multiple hiring managers at an early-stage AI robotics manufacturing company and may eventually split into a specialized GTM or G&A recruiting role.

Own end-to-end recruiting for robotics and AI/ML research scientists and engineers. Source candidates through research papers, conferences, GitHub, citation networks, and university relationships. Build faculty and lab partnerships, use AI-enabled sourcing tools, develop competency maps, train interviewers, calibrate research assessments, and conduct talent competitor analysis. The role requires evaluating technical research quality, building long-term candidate relationships, and recruiting for an in-person robotics manufacturing company.
