Outside sales role building and managing foodservice accounts. Prospect, cold-call, and grow customer relationships; consultative selling, order facilitation, account management, and sales forecasting. Drive revenue against KPI targets, provide exceptional customer service, use internal sales systems, and represent company values and sustainable seafood practices.

Lead and develop Account Management and Sales Development teams to drive new business ARR and expand existing client relationships. Build and execute multi-quarter sales strategies, recruit and train sales staff, optimize lead generation and conversion, analyze team metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet team and company quotas. Foster sustainable, client-focused sales practices aligned with company values.
