Provide front-desk reception and general administrative support including mail handling, office supply and equipment management, travel and visa booking, corporate housing coordination, vendor invoice processing, basic executive assistance, and HR administrative support.

Manage customer program implementation through contract manufacturing for NPI hardware: plan, schedule, track budgets and timelines, hold cross-functional meetings, support RFQs, manage risks/changes/resources, and lead project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget contractual deliveries and quality.

As a Product Engineer, you will support new product development, collaborate with engineers, and prepare documentation for production while managing costs and tooling design.
