Own HR operations, multi-state employment compliance, immigration coordination, leave and benefits administration, HRIS and payroll in Rippling, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and audit-ready HR processes. Partner with VP of Talent, outside counsel, benefits broker, and finance.
