Prepares and files business immigration petitions, gathers and reviews documents, drafts case materials, communicates with foreign nationals and clients, tracks case progress and deadlines, summarizes case data, and follows firm, privacy, regulatory, and client compliance procedures. The role requires strong writing, proofreading, organization, prioritization, client service, and collaboration skills while working from the San Francisco office.

Develops custom reports, dashboards, forecast models, presentations, and visualizations for corporate immigration clients and legal teams. Gathers business requirements, analyzes data quality, verifies reports, identifies process bottlenecks, and recommends solutions. Provides reporting support for immigration petitions and applications, translates business messaging into data-driven insights, and coordinates reporting requests. Requires expertise in Excel, data visualization, business analysis, corporate immigration, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Provide substantive, client-facing paralegal work on employment-based immigration matters: prepare and file petitions, gather and review documents, perform case analysis and drafting, manage case status and reporting, intake clients, communicate case updates, meet SLAs, train team members, ensure compliance with firm policies and data privacy, and improve processes.
