Supports and improves the Quality Management System for regulated manufacturing of advanced-material components and assemblies. Responsibilities include change control, MRB and nonconformance management, CAPA, root cause analysis, calibration, risk management, process validation, audits, statistical studies, customer quality support, and continuous improvement. The role analyzes quality data, leads Six Sigma initiatives, maintains procedures, and partners with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to reduce defects, variation, scrap, and rework.

Develops, implements, optimizes, and sustains PCB manufacturing processes, especially wet-process operations such as imaging, etching, plating, cleaning, and chemical treatment. The role improves yield, quality, throughput, reliability, safety, and cost through process design, statistical analysis, DOE, validation, root-cause investigation, continuous improvement, documentation, equipment evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration. It also supports new product introduction, audits, employee training, and environmental compliance.
