Provides nursing care to frail and elderly PACE patients, including assessment, care planning, medication administration, treatment support, monitoring patient conditions, documentation, and coordination with healthcare team members. The role operates Monday through Friday with an on-call rotation and requires travel up to 75%.

Provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for ear, nose, and throat disorders, including head and neck tumors, facial trauma, and facial plastic surgery. Responsibilities include outpatient consultations, surgery, emergency and hospital call, patient relationship building, collaborative care coordination, medical student teaching, and participation in medical education and community partnerships.
