Supports Sales Executives throughout the client lifecycle by managing customer accounts, orders, implementations, fulfillment, agreements, invoicing, payment portals, and internal systems. Ensures accurate processing, forecasting support, policy compliance, and strong customer service. Coordinates with facilitators, legal, and custom solutions teams while managing multiple projects and maintaining service-level and revenue workload goals.

Manage enterprise clients after sale by onboarding them, driving adoption and measurable learning outcomes, conducting business reviews, monitoring account health, and supporting retention and expansion. Partner with sales, services, product, and technical support teams to resolve issues and advocate for client needs. Provide strategic guidance, facilitate learning program implementation, identify upsell opportunities, and inform product priorities through client feedback.

Owns marketing performance measurement, reporting, dashboards, data models, KPI governance, attribution, forecasting, and ROI analysis. Builds marketing analytics infrastructure in Domo, integrates Salesforce and HubSpot data, monitors funnel and campaign performance, and translates complex findings into recommendations for marketing and executive stakeholders. Partners with finance and cross-functional teams on budget planning, data quality, and performance optimization.
