Serves as a SALT thought leader, develops client relationships and new business, supervises and mentors staff, recruits talent, and manages multiple engagements. Requires strong technical tax expertise, communication skills, client service abilities, and knowledge of tax software and technology.

Manage PCI DSS assessment engagements, lead teams evaluating security controls, identify compliance gaps, guide remediation, and advise senior client stakeholders. Oversee assessment evidence, reports, budgets, staffing, timelines, and client relationships. Supervise and develop staff, support business development, and enhance advisory methodologies. The role requires extensive PCI DSS, cybersecurity, IT audit, compliance, control testing, remediation, and payment card environment experience, with PCI QSA certification required.
