Build and lead FreedomCare’s enterprise leadership development system. Responsibilities include creating a leadership philosophy and competency model, assessing capability gaps, designing leadership pathways and onboarding standards, managing programs, budgets, vendors, technology, governance, and adoption, and measuring behavioral and business impact. The role partners with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR business partners, executives, and operational leaders to improve leadership effectiveness, succession coverage, mobility, retention, and organizational performance.

Manages the company knowledge base, SharePoint sites, LMS, learning pathways, compliance tracking, and training reports. Develops and maintains process documentation, job aids, communications, infographics, and e-learning materials using instructional design principles. Supports LMS troubleshooting, integrations, training sessions, content governance, and collaboration with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to improve learning accessibility, engagement, and effectiveness.

Supports healthcare compliance by conducting internal and external audits, investigating fraud, waste, and abuse claims, reviewing legal and medical-record requests, managing conflict reporting, performing quality assurance reviews, and advising on escalated compliance concerns. The role requires knowledge of Medicaid regulations, exclusion screening, background checks, and preferably billing and coding, along with healthcare industry experience and strong judgment, organization, and attention to detail.
