Lead Frontera’s B2B product expansion by turning clinically validated agentic care workflows into a repeatable product for enterprise and provider partners. Own the B2B roadmap, packaging and business model, clinical data productization, technical alignment with Engineering and AI/ML, and human-in-the-loop experiences. Build the B2B product management function while aligning Sales, Clinical, Design, and Engineering stakeholders.

Lead backend architecture and scaling for a clinician-facing B2B platform. Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and data models; ensure reliability, performance, and scalability; define API and data modeling standards; lead cross-functional technical designs; unblock engineers and partner with frontend, product, and design teams.

Lead design and build the integrations platform connecting external partners, EHRs, and internal services. Develop APIs and data pipelines, ensure reliability and performance, drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and improve partner and user integration experiences.

Own and execute demand generation to build qualified pipeline for ABA clinic customers. Run multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, ABM, web), lead event marketing and partner/co-marketing programs, and carry marketing-sourced and -influenced pipeline targets while designing processes on a small team.
