Manage multiple electronic discovery document review matters from proposal through billing. Lead review strategy, workflows, budgets, timelines, quality control, privilege logging, staffing, and client relationships. Supervise review teams, advise clients and counsel on review technologies and substantive parameters, support sales pursuits, and ensure accurate delivery of work products. The role also involves onboarding reviewers, monitoring productivity, managing project finances, and developing client relationships.

The Director manages day-to-day eDiscovery client projects, coordinates consultants and client personnel, applies analytical and logical reasoning to document review workflows, develops customized solutions, ensures quality and timely delivery, and identifies additional client service opportunities. The role requires strong technical proficiency with eDiscovery platforms and excellent client-service skills in deadline-driven environments.
