Perform HV and LV switching operations on Western Power’s network, prepare and execute switching programs, support fault response and restorations, coordinate outages with stakeholders, maintain operational records, and follow safety and compliance procedures.

Provide contract and project administration support for telecommunications/power infrastructure projects: raise purchase orders, maintain subcontractor records and insurance, allocate and reconcile personnel and plant costs, assist with subcontract agreements and monthly progress claims, and process routine accounts payable and general administrative tasks.

Provide front-of-house reception and office administration support at Head Office: greet visitors, manage calls, mail, meeting rooms, travel bookings, supplies, and liaise with building services to ensure smooth daily operations.

Manage project milestones, reporting and completions for long-term NBN projects using Dynamics 365 FSM. Coordinate clients, developers and internal teams, prepare handover documentation, drive defect rectification, maintain project data, identify risks, and ensure timely handovers.

Perform HV/LV cable jointing, terminations, testing and commissioning for underground cable systems. Conduct fault finding, repairs and maintenance, read electrical drawings and complete quality and test documentation while following safety and statutory requirements.

Support rollout and adoption of the new JDE9.2 ERP for Plant Asset Maintenance by assisting SMEs, testing, updating training materials, performing data cleansing/verification, and recommending process improvements to drive system efficiency and positive user adoption.

Lead Business Analyst supporting the Future Systems Programme to implement JDE9.2 for Manufacturing and Inventory. Build and document business requirements, processes (Promapp), use cases, test scenarios/scripts; support SMEs, testing, training QA, and data cleansing/data migration. Provide technical JDE9.2 expertise and stakeholder engagement. Fixed-term up to six months.

Own and enhance a portfolio of digital products and mobile apps. Translate business needs into priorities, requirements and user stories, manage product backlogs, support Agile delivery, partner with stakeholders to drive adoption and continuous improvement, and conduct business analysis to support the digital roadmap.
